1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Responsibilities

Each Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including their username and password. You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify sbb88 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Ensure all personal information provided at registration and during the lifetime of the account is accurate, current, and complete. You must update your details promptly if any information changes.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have notified us of a security breach.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sbb88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6 Game Rules & Conduct

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, following completion of any outstanding identity or AML verification checks.

12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which sbb88 operates.
